摘要

Abstract

Aiming at certain problems in the bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer such as large deformation and high local stress of its forearm frame, which affect normal operation and bring safety hazards, detailed force analysis is performed for the forearm frame, and based on this, a new type of forearm structure is put forward, with analysis of manufacturing process of the new forearm frame in detail. Such new forearm is of good load-carrying capability, strong resistance to deformation and high safety reliability. It provides guidance and reference for design of forearm frame of bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer.
