摘要

Abstract

In order to regulate the starch content and constitute of cassava tuber, the RNAi transformation vectors of ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase small subunit 1(AGPase SU1), soluble starch synthase 1(SSS1)and granule-bound starch synthase 1(GBSS1)were constructed under the driving of sweet potato tuber specific expression Sporamin A promoter, and regeneration cassava SC205 plants were produced through Agrobacterium-mediated infection of SC205 embryonic callus. The above 3 constructed vectors were confirmed by restriction enzyme digestion and sequencing, respectively. Some regeneration lines were confirmed positive by hygromycin selection and PCR technique. The transgenic lines for the purpose of regulating the starch content and constitute of cassava tuber were produced through this research.
