摘要

Abstract

The supersonic cavitation technology was proved a good method to preparation nano-powder. It can prevent the formation of agglomerated particle. Al2O3 nanometer powders were prepared by sol-gel auto-combustion method with citric acid as complexing agent in supersonic field. The influence of different proportion of the molar ratio of metal ions to citric acid on the Al2O3 nanometer powders forming and crystallite size of synthesized powders was investigated by X-ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results of the study show that supersonic cavitation can prevent the agglomerated particle formation, Al2O3 nano-powder with particle size of 20-30 nm is obtained by calcining at 600 ℃ for 60 min of the proportion of the molar ratio of metal ions to citric acid is 0. 6∶ 1.
