高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中的烟酸和烟酰胺
Determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography

Abstract
A high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) was developed for simultaneous determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in cosmetics ( cream, lotion, shampoo et al) . The cosmetic sample was extracted by formic acid aqueous solution and dichloromethane. The estract was centrifuged and separated into two layers and the target components were obtained from aqueous extract as upper phase. The aqueous extract was enriched and purified by Phenomenex Strata — X - C SPE under acid conditon, eluted by ammoniated methanol, dried by nitrogen flow, dissolved in water and then analyzed by HPLC. Chromatographic separation was achieved with Agilent SB - Aq column ( 1. 8 |xm,3 mm x 100 mm) by using water containing 0. 1% (volume fraction) formic acid as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0. 3 mL · min . The detection wavelength is 260 nm. The correlation coefficients (r2) for both nicotinic acid and nicotinamide are same as 0. 999 in the linear range of 0. 1 ~ 1 000 mg · L . The detection limits are 2 μg · g and 6 μg · g for the quantification limits. The average spiked recovery range is 90.0% ~ 100. 1% , and the RSD is in the range of 2.0% ~ 8. 6%.关键词
