超声波辅助提取见血青总生物碱工艺研究
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total alkaloids from Liparis nervosa (Thunb.) lindl.
摘要
Abstract
To optimize the technology of extracting total alkaloids from Liparis nervosa (Thunb. )Lindl. Effect of solid to liquid ratio, extraction time.ethanol concentration and extraction temperature on extraction efficiency of alkaloids were investigated though single factor experiments. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test. The results showed that influences of the factors were in the order of temperature>time>ethanol concentration> solid-liquid ratio. The optimum extracting conditions were the sample powder was extracted with 80% ethanol under the temperature of 60 °C for 60min with a solid-liquid ratio of 1 ! 9. The results provided references for industrial production of L. nervosa. alkaloids.关键词
