摘要

Abstract

The single-strain, multi-strain composite solid-state fermentation was used for the gossypol-degrading screening. A beer yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with high efficiency of gossypol-degrading was screened. By single-factor test to determine the initial fermentation medium mushroom detoxification process conditions, the best conditions for a single factor as follows: inoculums level 15% , moisture content 60%, fermentation temperature 40 °C. Response surface analysis disclosed that the factors' interaction between each other is not significant, one factor's effect to detoxification of gossypol wouldn' t be affected significantly if any other factor changed, and the optimal fermentation conditions of gossypol from golden mushroom medium as follows: inoculums level 14. 85% , moisture content 60. 70% , fermentation temperature 40. 15 °C, the content of gossypol reduced from 287. 563 mg/kg to 33. 685 mg/ kg, and the detoxification efficiency was up to 88. 286%.
