Research on Framework Model of Integrated Management of Programme Management Based on Workflow Technology
摘要
Abstract
The establishment and implementation of the framework model of construction programme management are discussed. Based on the analysis of the integration level of construction programme and discussion of the integration features of processes, organization , and information of construction programme, the authors establish a framework model of integrated management of construction programme , analyze the feasibility of the integration management of construction programme with workflow technology and propose technology and methods for achieving the scale efficiency of construction programme. Workflow technology can provide strong technical support for the realization and control of processes of construction programme management, furnish integration mechanism for the process management through the coordination process control, and help managers achieve the integrated management of multi - dimension.关键词
