Abstract
Hydropower resources development can meet the requirements of economic-social development and people's livelihood, furthermore it is very important to adjust the structure and overall arrangement of energy consumption for sustainable development. However, the process of hydropower construction will destroy the ecological environment by impacting terrestrial and aquatic eco-environment. To prevent and relieve the hydropower projects destroying the local economy and the ecological balance, some ecological compensation mechanism should be established and operated as soon as possible. Based on studies of compensator, acceptor, standard and mode, the frame and idea were proposed concerning establishment of compensation mechanism for hydropower development.关键词
