Abstract
Scenario Analysis is a method to effectively deal with future uncertainty. Urban environment planning is of multi-target and high uncertainty. By application of scenario analysis in the urban environmental planning and imagination of future development, the uncertainty of future environmental changes can be controlled. In this paper, a case study was conducted based on the " Urban Environment Planning of Taicang City during 2011 ~ 2030". Four classical scenarios including planning situation, BAU, the worst situation and optimization scene were proposed, of which the necessity of application was demonstrated taking the water sources as an example.关键词
