水合肼还原高纯硝酸银的ICP-AES同时测定其9种杂质元素的方法研究
Study on Simultaneous Determination of Traces of 9 Impurity Elements in High-Purity Silver Nitrate Reduced with Hydrazine by ICP-AES
摘要
Abstract
A convenient and simultaneous determination method of nine traces of metal impurity elements in high-purity silver nitrate by ICP-AES was studied in this paper. After separating silver with EDTA as protector of the metal impurities, ammonia as solvent, hydrazine as reducer and volatilizing ammonium chloride, Bi, Cd, Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu, Pb, and Pd were determined by ICP-AES directly. The results showed when the contents of Bi, Cd, Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu, and Pb impurity elements in high-purity silver nitrate were higher than 50 ng/g, RSD was less than 3.2% and the recovery rate was 96.0% -113.8%, and the testing results agreed with those by ICP-MS. The new method adopting for accurate determination of Bi, Cd, Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu, Pb, and Pd above 50 ng/g in silver nitrate including high-purity sensitization grade has been developed.关键词
