摘要

Abstract

A convenient and simultaneous determination method of nine traces of metal impurity elements in high-purity silver nitrate by ICP-AES was studied in this paper. After separating silver with EDTA as protector of the metal impurities, ammonia as solvent, hydrazine as reducer and volatilizing ammonium chloride, Bi, Cd, Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu, Pb, and Pd were determined by ICP-AES directly. The results showed when the contents of Bi, Cd, Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu, and Pb impurity elements in high-purity silver nitrate were higher than 50 ng/g, RSD was less than 3.2% and the recovery rate was 96.0% -113.8%, and the testing results agreed with those by ICP-MS. The new method adopting for accurate determination of Bi, Cd, Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu, Pb, and Pd above 50 ng/g in silver nitrate including high-purity sensitization grade has been developed.
