2006～2010年度绵阳市院前急救流行病学变化趋势分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the epidemic character and prevalence trend of pre-hospital care from 2006 to 2010 in Mianyang, to provide the scientific basis for developing the rational strategies of pre-hospital care. Methods The patients recie-ved by Emergency Medical Rescue Command Center of Mianyang during 2006 to 2010 were selected as the surveyed object in accordance with the criteria to enter. The disease spectrum, date, time, season were used as the main observation index. The database has been established and statistical analysis has been given hereby year by year. Results The total number of first-aid tend to increase year by year, while analysis shows no distinguished change in gender composition. The distribution of the date did not present central tendency except those data in 2007. The emergency peak of a day appeared every year and the starting time advanced year by year (F = 29. 3271 ,P = 0. 0000). The traffic trauma and non-traffic trauma has taken the first two places in the order of disease spectrum. Meanwhile, the main city area still occupied the domination of the geographical distribution, which shows a trend of decreasing gradually(x2 =441. 1486 ,P = 0. 0000). Conclusion It is necessary to meet the needs of social development by the means of opitmizing the allocation of emergency resource, strengthening the professional training of staff , as well as expanding the region of rescuing service.关键词
