放疗配合化疗治疗恶性胶质瘤术后患者的临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explorer the clinical application value of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy on treatment of patients after malignant glioma. Methods 65 cases of patients with malignant glioma that were treated in our department between January 2006 and January 2008.42 cases of patients were mechanical sampling randomly divided into observation group, and the remainder into control group. Observation group were treated by radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy,and control group by radiotherapy. Results The remission rate of observation group was 88. 1% and 3-year survival rate was 47. 6% , significantly higher than control group ( P < 0.05). The difference of incidence of gastrointestinal tract, brain edema and bone marrow suppression wasn' t significant( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve not only short-term effect, but also long-term efficacy, and safer.关键词
