下呼吸道表皮葡萄球菌感染诊断与痰液半定量培养细菌数量的关系
S.epicermidis in lower respiratory tract infection diagnosis and bacteria quantitative relation in semi-quantitative cultured sputum

Abstract
Objective Explore how to screen S. epicermidis in the natural cough sputum. Methods Smear and inoculate each sputum sample at the same time. Observe two things. One is the quality of samples, the other is these bacteria phagocy-tized by white blood cells or the dominant bacteria in the white blood cells centralized region, which will be isolated. The inoculated sputum samples are cultured by "semi-quantitative 12 order method". Search the patients' medical records from August 1 st, 2005 to August 31st, 2011 ,who are screened out S. epicermidis from their sputum. Then analyses the relation between the quantity of bacteria and diagnosis and the relation between quality of sample and diagnosis. Results There are 101 strains of S. epicermidis in the medical records. Among the cultured S. epicermidis, the positive rate of relative number of 0. 1 is 20. 00% ,and the posi-tive rate of relative number ≥ 0. 2 is 59. 34%. Diagnosis rate between the two, x2 = 11. 75 ,P <0. 005. Besides, the positive rate of A/B grade sample is 54. 72% , and the positive rate of C grade sample is 56. 25%. Diagnosis rate between the two, x2 =0. 43 , 0. 75 < P < 0. 90. Conclusion From the approved natural cough sputum, if S. epicermidis, which is cultured by " semi-quantitative 12 order method" , is according to the smear, and its amount is more than the average carrying amount in pharyngo-oral cavity, do an antibiotic susceptibility test and report the rssult to the doctor.关键词
