Abstract
Objective For early diagnosis of Kawasaki disease and to decrease the misdiagnosis rate, this article analyze clinical features of Kawasaki disease in the infants. Methods The clinical data of 33 infants aged 1 to 6 months suffering from Kawasaki disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this study, the number of boys was more than that of girls. The incidence of the no-typical Kawasaki disease was higher, that of the typical one and the misdiagnosis rate was higher. Conclusion Early diagnosis and timely treatment are difficult in younger infants younger than 6 months with KD, echocardiogram becomes an important inplement for diagnosis.关键词
