经乳晕切口行乳腺良性肿瘤切除的手术体会
The operation experience of benign breast tumor resection by areola incision

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of female benign breast tumor received operation by periareolar incision. Methods To study the 152 cases received operation by periareolar incision retrospectively. Results The average operative time is between 20 to 35 min,all cases are cured and with no subcutaneous effusion. All incisions of the 152 cases are larva-ceous. There are no complications or recurrence and the aspect of breast is normal by 3-10 months follow-up. Conclusion The surgical method has many advantiges including simple,safety, better therapeutic efficacy and cosmetic result, it could be a facultative surgical method for female benign breast tumor.关键词
