Abstract
Objective The comprehensive comparison vein approach the joint liquid glue and coil embolization of cavernous dural arteriovenous fistula(CSDAVF) with the advantages and disadvantages of the detachable coil embolization CSDAVF, to determine the best solution for the treatment of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital follow-up, 20 cases in January 2007 to 2011 during embolization of cavernous dural arteriovenous fistula in patients with venous approach, which Road joint liquid glue and coil embolization vein into the cavernous sinusthe District treatment CSDAVF 13 cases set to group A; detachable coil boh cold treatment CSDAVF 7 cases Set B group. A comparative analysis of the two groups of treatment results. Results Cured 13 people, the cost of treatment (10. 5 ±3.4) million in group A and B were cured, 2 improved treatment costs (17. 1 ± 3.8) million.
