摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate efficacy and safety with two dosage treatment of phenobarbital in intravenous infusion. Methods 100 cases of neonatal asphyxia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group of loading dosage of Phenobarbital with 10mg/kg, the controls group of loading dosage of phenobarbital with 20mg/kg ,two groups were given the same care measures, two groups were compared the clinical efficacy. Results Two patients with breathing, muscle tension and embrace reflex recovery time comparison, the difference was not significant (P >0. 05) ; two groups normal CT ratio and the occurrence of different degrees of hypoxic isehemic encephalopathy (HIE) incidence and brain hemorrhage rate showed no significant statistical difference (P >0. 05). Conclusion Phenobarbital intravenous infusion in neonatal asphyxia loading dosage of 10mg/kg with reasonable nursing measures of exact curative effect, little side effect.关键词
