摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effects of level of fasting blood glucose on the recent prognosis in Non-diabetic patients with acute coronary syndromes. Methods Two hundred and thirty-five Non-diabetic patients with acute coronary syndromes were divided into 3 groups according to level of fasting blood glucose(A:≤ 6. lmmol/L,B:6. 2 ～ 10. 0mm/L,C: ≥10. 0mmol/L). Results There was not significant difference in age, gender and incidence of smoking , hypertension, hyperlipidemia belween 3 groups (P > 0. 05) , but there was significant difference in incidence of renal insufficiency, and in levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) , creatine kinase(CK-MB) (P<0.05).The incidence of acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) , left ventricular function failure (LVF) , severe arrhythmia and cardiogenic sudden death were significantly higher in groups B, C than in group A (P <0. 05) , and higher in group C than in group B. Conclusion With rising of level of fasting blood glucose in patients with acute coronary syndrome,the incidence rate of ill prognosis is increased,and hyperglycemia of patients with acute coronary syndrome should be strictly controlled.关键词
