摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of uterine artery chemoembolization ( UACE) in postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) caused by abnormal placental implantation. Methods There were 14 patients of abnormal placental implantation with PPH. Abnormal placental implantation was confirmed by color Doppler ultrasound (CD-US) and clinical evidence in all cases. All patients were performed by Seldinger puncture technique through femoral artery. Super-selective catheterization for bilateral UACE with methotrexate( MTX) 50mg and gelfoam particles combined antibiotics to the distal end of uterine artery. Complete curettage of uterine cavity by ultrasound-guided in 3 ～ 8 days after UACE. Results All of the operations have obtained successfully , and bleeding was stopped by UACE. Some patients' placenta tissues were spontaneously discharged partially and decrease bleeding. Conclusion UACE is an safe, effective way for the treatment of abnormal placental implantation complicated with postpartum hemorrhage, and good for popularization.关键词
