探讨胃肠道间质瘤的多层螺旋CT表现及其诊断价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the multilayer spiral CT (MSCT) manifestations of gastrointestinal stromal tumor ( GIST) and to analyse its diagnostic value. Methods 47 cases of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor and did preoperalive MSCTexaminewere selected as the research object, all scan results and its diagnostic valuewere retrospectively analyzed. Results In 47 cases of mesenchymal tumor, 11 cases of patients were benign pathological diagnosis,9 cases of patients were malignant potential ,27 cases of patients were malignant. Bythe multilayer spiral CT, gastrointestinal stromal tumor form, size, boundary, density and strengthen were relevance with the benign and malignancy, the difference were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion MSCT can clearly display gastrointestinal stromal tumor lesion each characteristicthrough the multi-dimensional reconstruction (MPR) ,which help to judge its benign and malignancy,and provide basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.关键词
