T1-3N0-2M0期胃癌调节型双通道重建+胃裸区清扫术后患者生存质量的调查分析
The investigation of the survival quality of T1～3N0-2M0 distal gastric cancer after new double tract disgestive reconstruction of total gastrectomy combining with stomach bare area cleaning

Abstract
Objective Observing the survival quality of T1-3N0-2M0 dislal gastric cancer after new double tract disgestive reconstruction of total gastrectomy combining with stomach bare area cleaning. Methods Randomly choosing 75 T1-3N0-2M0 distal gastric cancer patients,randomly dividing into two groups equally(A group and B group) ;A group adopted new double tract disgestive reconstruction of total gastrectomy combining with stomach bare area cleaning, B group adopted new double tract disgestive reconstruction of total gastrectomy; observing QOL、the effective、5year survival rate after opration、perioperative complications、postoperative complications, Spitzer score. Results Spitzer score of A group is better than B group( P <0. 05 ) ; 5 year survival rate and perioperative complications are belter than B group( P < 0. 05 ) ; postoperative complications has no defference (P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Thai new double tract disgestive reconstruction of total gastrectomy combining with stomach bare area cleaning treating T1-3 N 0-2 M0 distal gastric cancer is worthy to be popularized.关键词
