摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on apoptosis rate and NO content after cerebral infarction in rats. Methods The rats are introduced to middle cerebral artery occlusion for 24hour. the extent of NSSwere evaluated. The rats were randomly divided into model group and TMS group, there is no statisticly difference of the NSS beteen the two groups. 5day' s TMS are applied to the TMS group. Results The severity of cerebral edema in TMS group was lessened (P< 0.05) , Apoptosis rate and NO content of TMS group are significantly lower than the model group(P<0. 05). Conclusion TMS may have a neuroprotective effect against focal cerebral injuries induced by ischemia.
