摘要
Abstract
Objective To verify the reliability of Jiexue' s sterilization effects and to provide the objective evidences for clinical. Methods ①Skin experiment; The dorsal skin from 30 patients were disinfected with Jiexue( on the right side) and tincture of iodine and alcohol (on the left side) , then sampling and made 72-hour bacterial culture;②Bottle stopper experiment; Making bacterial cultures for the Jiexue disinfected bottle stopper (30 cases in the experimental group) and tincture of iodine and alcohol disinfected bottle stopper (30 cases in the controlled group). Results There were no bacteria grown in both groups for skin experiment and bottle stopper experiment. Conclusion Jiexue's sterilizing effects is reliable for skin and bottle stopper.关键词
