2型糖尿病患者踝肱指数和肾小球滤过率的关系
Estimatedglomerular filtration rate is associated with ankle brachial index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of estimated glomerular filtration rale(eGFR) to ankle brachial in-dex(ABI) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 160 type 2 diabetes were included. The patients were divided into two groups according to AB1: ABI≤0. 9 and 0. 9 < ABI<1. 3. Results There was significant difference in HDL-c, LDL-c, HbAlc and eGFR(P<0. 05) between the two groups; eGFR was positively related to ABI(P <0. 01 ). Conclusion In a group of outpa-tients with T2DM with mild to moderate renal insufficiency , eGFR was positively related to AB1 . Low eGFR is a major risk associated with peripheral arterial disease.关键词
