摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets and Qianlie'an Shuan in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods Clinical observation of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis for an eight-week efficacy on 152 cases. Results The chronic prostatitis symptom score sheet ( MH-CPSI) were recorded and compared before and after treatment in patients. After treatment the average score lower than before treatment (8. 2). The white blood cell counts of prostate fluid routine examination were lower than before treatment (15. 8). After 8 weeks, the total effective rate was 89.7% .which was statistically significant. Conclusion tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets joint with Qianlie'an Shuan which significant improved chronic prostatitis symptoms and quality of life, reduced the forefront of fluid while blood ceil count and increased lecithin content, with the exact results.关键词
