膀胱灌注羟基喜树碱预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的临床观察
The effect of intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin to prevent recurrence after surgical treatment of superficial bladder tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore clinical effectiveness and safty of hydroxycamplolhecin to prevent recurrence after surgical treatment of superficial bladder tumor. Methods All patients were treated with transurethral electrosurgical excision procedure. The observation group was treated with intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin; and the control group was treated with Mitomycin C. All the patients were followed up for 24 ～36 months, in order to evaluate the recurrence rates and side effects after treatment. Results The recurrence rate of two group patients follow-up of 3 monlhs(2.50% VS 5. 00% ) and follow-up of 6 months(7. 50% VS 10.00% )has no significant difference(P >0.05). The recurrence rate of two group patients follow-up of 12 monlhs( 10. 00% VS 30. 00% ) and follow-up of 24 months (17.50% VS 37.50% ) has statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05). The side effects rate in observation group is 22. 50% , and 72. 50% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It showed that hydroxycamptothecine intravesical instillation after operation is effective and safty in the prevent of recurrence of superficial bladder tumor.关键词
