摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonidein in branchial asthma and its influence for the pulmonary function. Methods 158 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group (Tanreqing injection group)and observation group(Tanreqing injection combined with aerosol inhalation group) with 79 cases in each group, then the total effective rate and pulmonary function indexes before and after the treatment at third and seventh day of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, FVC,MMF,FEVI ,PEF25, PEF50, V25 and V50 after the treatment at third and seventh day were all higher than those of control group,all P <0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonidein in bronchial asthma is belter,and it can quickly improve the pulmonary function.关键词
