住院肿瘤患者HIV检测结果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the HIV infections stales and clinical characteristics in cancerr hospitalized patients for providing the base of AIDS prevention and control. Methods The results of HIV detection in caner inpatients from January 2007 to July 2012 was analyzed by the review statistics analysis. Results 89cases positive HIV antibodies were detected from 65297 cancer inpatients,and the inpatients positive rale was 1. 36%o. Among the 89 cases ,67were male and 22 were female,the most HIV positive patints distributed in41 ～50years, 30. 34% of all infected patients were 20 -78 years old. The 89 cases coverd 27 clinical departments, the Thracic surgery departments has the maximum constituent ratio accounting for 26. 97%. The positive number was 6,10,12,21,22 and 18 for each year from 2007 to 2012. Conclusion The number of cancer inpalients with HIV positive has increasing year by year, take HIV detection as a routine examination before surgery , blood transfusion and all kinds of traumatic or intrusion inspection for cancer inpatients is valuable in preventing nosocomical infection , reduing the occurrence of medical dispute and also in medical stall infection due to occupational exposure.关键词
