Abstract
Objective To explore the reason of misdiagnosed gallstones by ultrasound and how to reduce them. Methods Analysis of data from 4,977 cases with clinically suspected gallstone retrospectively, to analyse the results of the ultrasound and surgical diagnosis comparatively. Results The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound diagnosis were 99. 5% and 87. 6% separately. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of gallstone is of high accuracy. Atypical stones are prone to mis-and missed-diagnosis.关键词
