摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of sevoflurane on cognitive function in young SD rats. Methods 18 young SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: sham operation group(S) and Sevoflurane(Sevo) group. The rats in Sevo group were exposed in 5% sevoflurane for 4 hours. Rats in two groups were taken to carry out the ethology observation for 7days with Morris water maze 24 hours after sevoflurane exposing. Results Compared with sham group, the escape latency is longer in Sevo-group. Conclusion Sevoflurane may influence the spatial memory and learn ability.关键词
