摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of treating chronic idiopathic urticaria by mizolastine combined with thalidomide. Methods The treatment group received oral thalidomide 100 mg per day,and oral Mizolastine Sustained-release Tablets 10 mg per day; The control group was treated with mizolastine Sustained-release Tablets 10 mg per day. Results The efective rate of treatment group was 71. 95% . The efective rate of control group was 33. 33% ,P <0. 01. There were significant differences. Conclusion Mizolastine combined with thalidomide in the treatment to chronic idiopathic urticaria proved clinical curative effect well, with less side effects.关键词
