摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinic effect of treatment airway hyperreactivity on lung function and clinic effect in individuals with bronchiectasis. Methods 186 individuals with bronchiectasis and airway hyperreactivity were randomly divided into two groups; group 1 ( R - 93 ) were treated with medicine for airway hyperreactivity, and group 2 ( n = 93 ) with route medicine. The function of lung and clinic effect were detected after 6months. Results Lung function and airway hyperreactivity of individual of the treated group were improved contrast with other group,The rate of acute aggression in individual of the treated group has induced, the difference between two groups has significance. Conclusion Airway hyperreactivity in patients with bronchiectasis was treated with medicine can protect lung function and reduce the incidence of acute aggression.关键词
