肱动脉结扎治疗静脉吸毒者肘部肱动脉假性动脉瘤破裂6例
The treatment of ruptured brachial artery pseudoaneurysm in 6 intravenous drug abusers by brachial artery ligation.

Abstract
Objective To explore the emergency treatment of pseudoaneurysm rupture with hemorrhage in intravenous drug abusers. Methods Six cases of brachial artery pseudoaneurysm caused by intravenous drug use admitted to our hospital complicated with infection, hemorrhage, and shock in four of them, from Dec 2008 to Aug 2011. After the treatment of antishock, emergency operation of thoroughly debridement, removal of pseudoaneurysm, brachial artery ligation, suture or secondary suture incision had been adopted. Results After fellow-up visit of 4 ~ 12 months, average 6 months, all of 6 cases had affected limbs preserved with well circulating, good sensory and motor function, local infections cured, no pseudoaneurysm recurrence. Conclusion It is a practical effective method in the emergency treatment of pseudoaneurysm rupture with hemorrhage, by means of removing pseudoaneurysm and ligating brachial artery,while evaluating the good blood circulation of affected limb.关键词
