摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the antihypertensive efficacy of urapidil and sodium nitroprusside in elderly patients with hypertension during perioperative period. Methods 84 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated with surgery in our hospital from August 2010 to October2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into group A(urapidil group ) 42 cases and group B ( sodium nitroprusside group ) 42 cases, then the total antihypertensive effective rate and SBP, DBP, HR of pre-administration,at 30 min of operation,after stopping the drug at 30min of two groups were compared. Results The total antihypertensive effective rate and SBP, DBP of pre-administration, at 30 min of operation of two groups had no significant differences, all P > 0.05, while HR at 30 min of operation, after stopping the drug at 30min and SBP, DBP after stopping the drug at 30min were all lower than those of control group,all P <0. 05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion The antihypertensive efficacy of urapidil in elderly patients with hypertension during perioperative period is better than that of sodium nitroprusside, and it can effectivelt control the heart rate.关键词
