2430例新生儿高胆红素血症血培养及药敏分析
Analysis of the blood germiculture and microbial sensitivity tests in 2430 neonatal hyperbilirubinemia cases.

Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathogen and its' s susceptibility to anti-bacterial agents that of the neonates suffered from neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital, so as to provide some basis reference to clinical doctor for reasonable use of anti-bacterial agents. Methods Retrospective analysis the blood germiculture and microbial sensitivity tests results that of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in 2430 cases. Results Among the 2430 cases' blood germiculture,290 positive cases, positive rates was 11. 9% ; 246 strains Gram-positive bacteria (84. 8% ) and 44 strains Gram-negative bacteria (15. 2% ) . Staphylococcus epi-dermidis were significant more than staphylococcus haemolyticus (X2 =16. 6, P <0. 01). The susceptible percentages to anti-bacterial agents of staphylococcus epidermidis for vancocin and fusidic acid were 100% and 94. 8% , respectively, for oxacillin, the resistant percentage was 62. 9% . Meanwhile, the susceptible percentages of Staphylococcus haemolyticus for vancocin and fusidic acid were 96. 3% and 94. 4% , respectively;for oxacillin, the resistant percentage was 74. 1% . Staphylococcus haemolyticus were significant resistant to erythrocin than staphylococcus epidermidis ( X2= 4. 98 , P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Staphylococcus are the main pathogen in local neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Not penicillins, cephalosporins and macrolides, but polypeptides anti-bacterial agents or fusidic acid should be recommend first.关键词
