Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of perioperative care and health guidance on elderly patients with gastrointestinal polyps surgery postoperative complications and cure rate. Methods 78 elderly patients with gastrointestinal polyps were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Provide a complete perioperative care plans for the experimental group patients , the disease health guidance, nursing staff one-on-one supervision of the implementation. The control group received conventional care guidance. Results The incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal polypectomy treatment and prevent the complications.
