手助腹腔镜直肠前切除术中的器械配合
Appliances Nursing Cooperation during Anterior Rectal Resection with Hand Assisted Laparoscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize the experiences in the appliances nursing cooperation during the surgery of anterior rectal resection with hand assisted laparoscopy. Methods: Between October 2009 and July 2012, thirty cases with rectal cancer or distal sig-moid cancer received hand assisted laparoscopic surgery. Results: Laparoscopic operation was successfully completed in 29cases (96. 7% ) , with one case(3. 3% ) was transferred to open surgery due to unexpected hemorrhage. All cases recovered completely, though three cases encountered temporary inflammatory intestinal obstruction soon after surgery. No anastomotic bleeding or anastomotic leakage occurred. Conclusion: To be familiar with the usage and maintenance of laparoscopic appliances, aseptic technique, tumor free principle and close nursing cooperation are the key points which may guarantee the success of operation.关键词
