老年患者腹部手术后胃瘫综合征的观察及护理干预

Abstract
Objective: To explore the nursing for postoperative gastoparesis syndrome PGS after abdominal operation in the elderly patients. Methods: Clinical data of 17 cases of PGS after abdomen operation in the elderly patients between Jan. 2008 and A-pril. 2012 and the related nursing intervention measures were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Nine cases of PGS improved after 14 days,8 cases recovered after 20 ~ 30 days. Pulmonary infection occurred in 1 case , diarrhea was observed in 1 case , and hyponatrem-ia and hypokalemia occurred in 4 cases. All patients recovered after treatment. Conclusion: The nursing intervention measures are important to relieve suffering of patients and to avoid repeat operation as well as promote the early recovery of the elderly patients who get PGS after abdominal operation.
