臂丛麻醉下针刀联合手法松解治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效评价
Effect Evaluation of Acupotomy Combined with Manipulation under Brachial Plexus Anesthesia on Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with manipulation under brachial plexus anesthesia for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: 106 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (n = 53) was given with acupotomy combined with manipulation under brachial plexus anesthesia for scapulohumeral periarthritis, and the control group was given with traditional acupuncture combined with massage manipulation. The clinical effect, pain degree, improvement of shoulder joint motion and activity of daily living ( ADL) of the patients were observed. Results; The clinical effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P＜0. 05). The VAS scores after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment ( P＜0.05) , and there was significant differences between the observation group and the control group after treatment ( P＞0. 05 ). Compared with before treatment, the Mallet Scores of after treatment in observation group significantly decreased, ADL increased (P＜0. 05) , and there was significant differences between the observation group and the control group after treatment ( P＞0. 05 ). Conclusion: Acupotomy combined with manipulation under brachial plexus anesthesia on treating scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively relieve pain of shoulder joint, and can improve the shoulder mobility and ADL.关键词
