综合疗法结合针灸治疗弱视及立体视疗效观察
Effect Observation of Complex Treatment and Acupuncture on Treating Amblyopia and Stereopsis
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To investigate the improvement of combined therapy and acupuncture to visual acuity and changes of stereopsis on treating amblyopia. Methods; 65 amblyopic patients (130 eyes) were collected in our out-patient clinic from June 2009 to February 2011. Visual acuity and stereopsis were observed before and after acupuncture combined with complex therapy. Results: The visual acuity of the amblyopic eyes improved significantly after 8 months' treatment. There were great changes in mild and moderate amblyopic eyes. Some children even could get normal stereopsis after treatment. No improvement of the stereopsis was observed in the severe amblyopic eyes. The stereopis was worst in the strabismic amblyopia ( P＞0. 01) . The stereopsis was good in ametropic amblyopia (P＜0. 01). Conclusion; Improvement of stereopsis is observed in amblyopic children treated by acupuncture combined with occlusion therapy.关键词
