针灸治疗肝肾亏虚型糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察
Observation of Efficacy on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy of Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Treated by Acupuncture and Moxibustion plus Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective; To compare the efficacy of acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency. Methods: Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of the same basic treatment, the treatment group received acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy. Treatment lasted 2 weeks. Toronto Clinical Scoring System (TCSS), TCM syndrome integral, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in the two groups were investigated. Results; TCSS and TCM syndrome integral improved significantly after treatment in the treatment group ( P＜0. 05 ). Glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism were no differences after treatment between the two groups (P＞0. 05). Conclusion; Acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy has a better effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency.关键词
