Abstract
Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Auricular Point Pressing and health education on urinary calculi with Treatment of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy. Method; 146patients with urinary calculi were involved in the observation. They were divided at random into two groups, of which one has 73cases with Auricular Point Pressing and health education combined with ESWL treatment, the other has 73cases with only ESWL treatment. The former group was provided with Auricular Point Pressing and health education except ESWL treatment. Then observe the clinical effect and patients' satisfaction of nursing. Results; after treatment, the efficiency of the former group reached 97. 26% with patients satisfaction up to 98. 63%. The efficiency of the latter group was 86. 30% with a patients' satisfaction of 87. 6%. The contrast between the two groups has a statistical significance. (P＜0. 05) Conclusion: Auricular Point Pressing joint with health education can raise the satisfaction of patient9 with urinary calculi and has a positive effect on the elimination of urinary calculi after ESWL treatment thus can improve the effectiveness.关键词
