Abstract
To observe the Modified Yinchenhao Decoction medicated with retention enema on endotoxin and blood ammonia in patients with chronic severe hepatitis, and to estimated its clinical effect. Methods; 60 cases of chronic severe hepatitis patients who were differentiated as heat and damp stasis toxin type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 30 cases, the control group on the basis of comprehensive treatment were given lactulose medicated by retention enema, the treatment group on the basis of comprehensive treatment were given Modified Yinchenhao Decoction medicated with retention enema. Once a day for four week. Clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The results showed that the two groups after treatment could significantly improve liver function, and can reduce the incidence of complications. The treatment group was better than the control group (P＜0. 05) in improvement of clinical symptoms and ALT and AST, TBIL; in reducing the content of endotoxin and ammonia, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion; Modified Yinchenhao Decoction medicated with retention enema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic severe hepatitis, improve liver function and reduce the content of endotoxin and ammonia. It' s safe and effective in the clinical application.关键词
