参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠射血分数及左心室重量指数的影响
Effect of Shen'ge Powder on Ejection Fraction (EF) and Left Ventricular Weight Index (LVW/BW) in Ventricular Remodeling, Caused by Pressure-overload in Rats

Abstract
Objective; Exploring the effect of Shen'ge powder on ejection fraction (EF) and left ventricular weight index (LVW/BW) in ventricular remodeling caused by pressure-overload in rats. Methods: Pressure overloaded ventricular remodeling was induced by banding abdominal artery to the outer diameter of 0. 7 mm. The control group was conducted without banding. The rats were randomly divided into four groups: control (sham) group, model group, captopril (0. 06g. kg-1) group, Shen'ge powder (1. 89g. kg-1) group. Three days later after the surgery, all groups were orally administered once a day for five weeks. Results: (1) Shen'ge powder could increase EF, but the effect was not strong. (2) Shen'ge powder could significantly decrease LVW/BW. Conclusion; Shen'ge powder can ameliorate EF and LVW/BW in ventricular remodeling induced by pressure-overload, which is less than captopril.关键词
