血逐府瘀汤如减治疗老年性脑梗塞的临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on treating senile cerebral infarction. Methods; From January 2003 to January 2009, 150 cases of senile cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, control group with 75 cases were treated with normal therapy and observation group with 75 cases were treated with Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on basis of normal therapy. The effective rate, neurologic impairment degree, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate in observation group was 89. 3% , significantly higher than that in control group with 73. 3% (P＜0. 05). After treatment, the neurologic impairment degree and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were significantly decreased in both groups (P＜0. 05) . Moreover, neurologic impairment degree and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion; Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treatment with cerebral infarction can enhance clinical effect, improve the neurologic function and degrade the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, which can be applied in clinic.关键词
