摘要
Abstract
The nanosphere templates were perpared by self-assembly method. The influence mechanism of the self-assembly was revealed. The single-layer colloidal crystal template was perpared. The nano-ring array were obtained by ion beam sputtering. the nano-ring array is uniform in size and arranges were saw from SEM figure.关键词
