Abstract
A comprehensive and scientific evaluation had been made on the fatty acid content of Gynura procumbens by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ). The results showed that 12 fatty acids including myristic acid, palmitoleic acid, palmitic acid, heptadecanoic acid, linoleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, docosanoic acid, lignoceric acid, hexacosanic acid and octacosanoic acid were identified in the Gynura procumbens. Moreover,The content of unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 68.89% of the total fatty acids, suggesting that Gynura procumbens is a medicine with high value of nutrition.关键词
