Electrorheological Performance of β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Compound Materials——Effect of Function Group
摘要
Abstract
A novel type of electrorheological ( ER) materials, β - cyclodextrin ( β - CD) inclusion compounds were synthesized using β -CD as the host, salicylic acid, phthalic acid, o-aminobenzoic acid and sulfosalicylic acid as the guests by a solid reaction. The ER performance of the materials and the relationship between the ER performance and the composition structure of the material were studied. The results show that the molecule structure, especially the function group as the guest molecule, is an important factor on influencing ER performance of the material. The inclusion compound between β - CD and sulfosalicylic acid has the highest ER activity.关键词
