摘要

Abstract

Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy (SECM) is a new on-time detecting technology in electrochemical field, and this instrument has been widely used in heterogeneous electron transfer, absorption/desorption process, the corrosion process, single-cell dectection and charge transfer on liquid/liquid interface. In the paper, the SECM was introduced on working principle, modes of operation about SECM and some prospects on interface analysis about SECM were reviewed.
