Abstract
With the growing national strength of China, rapid economic development, the increase in demand for construction land, resulting in lack of coordination of supply and demand of land for construction development. Rural land area which is constantly increasing, so the need for rural residential study to determine the order mode. This paper took the Gu Jiao Township as an example to discuss the rural settlement arrangement mode. Fistly, through the investigation of Gu Jiao Township ,the article analysed the general conditions and the existing problems of construction land in Gu jiao. By means of analysing cases, Analysis of the ancient rural village data provided by the Government, several modes of rural residential areas were defined, and the modes are: sorting ZhongXinCun assembling pattern, return village and point mode, rolling advance mode and different moving mode. And study the advantages and disadvantages of different models. At last, according to the sourceof settlement arrangement and people' s will, the paper studied the feasibility of arrangement mode, and puts forward some Suggestions, which will provide the theoretical basis and guidance for settlement arrangement of Gu jiao.关键词
